IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING APPOINTMENTS:

  • Someone 18 years of age or older must be at the location during the appointment.

  • We kindly ask that pets & children be kept away from the work area during the appointment.

  • MVD will need access to the meter which is located inside of the home or building (typically in the basement).

  • Please make sure there is a clear path to the meter or backflow device as well as approximately 3 feet of clearance. 

  • *No Cost for meter exchanges/replacements.

*Please note, some appointment types are subject to a service charge per the MVD Schedule of Rates (ex: appointment to turn water off/on).
