Ronald Miner, Jr.
Ron has been with MVD since June 1998. Prior to his promotion to Superintendent in December 2010, Ron was MVD’s Foreman.

Business Manager
Jill Lavoie
Jill joined MVD in 2007 as the Water Quality & Testing Administrator. Jill was promoted to MVD’s Business Manager in 2017.

Finance & Human Resources Director
Kristen Maher
Kristen joined MVD in 2020 with a 30+ year career in finance, most recently working in a local government setting.

Customer Service/Billing Representative:
Amy Doucette
Amy has been working in the water industry since 2006. She joined MVD in 2017 bringing her extensive knowledge of public water supply, utility billing skills and a positive personality that’s just right for customer service.

Office Assistant:
Michelle “Shelly” Thompson
Shelly began working at MVD in 2018. Shelly is a US Air Force Veteran and we are proud to have her as a part of our team.
