IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING APPOINTMENTS:

An email confirmation will be sent to the address entered.

There may be a brief interruption of water service (depending on the type of device being tested and/or bypass options available for the device).

For locations with fire sprinkler systems: We recommend you notify your fire alarm company of the appointment. They may be able to put the system in “test mode” and prevent the alarm from activating unnecessarily.

MVD will need access to the backflow device(s) which is located inside near the water meter.
