Merrimack Village District (MVD) is governed by a five member Board of Commissioners (BOC). In addition to the BOC, there are District Officer positions for Clerk, Treasurer, and Moderator, as well as an Administrative appointment for Recording Secretary. MVD’s Officials are elected by the Town of Merrimack’s registered voters during MVD’s Annual Meeting. Elected Officials meet monthly and/or at the call of the chair. In addition to the monthly BOC meetings, MVD also holds Public Hearings as well as an Annual Meeting.
